Yesterdays ride was 7 miles of Orion Oaks with the family.. Orion oaks is blah (sorry Art, didn't mean riding with the family)..
Today my brother and I rode Pontiac lake training for the race this Sunday.
Rich wiped out really bad on the downhill section just before the rock garden and scared the crap out of me, good news is he was fine. It was his first time on the trails with clip-ins and it was fall after fall... was kinda funny after a while cuz he just about gave up unclipping and would just lean to the side to stop and fall. Lots of credit to him cuz he did really good today! Miles to date: 331

it was a good day and pontiac lake was far from too muddy, i dont care who says it was too bad to ride on b/c it will mess it up they are wrong by far. and yes i did bite it around mile 3 so what i needed to anyway just glad im fine, was actually fun ha. well cant wait to race on sun
